Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Merlin Physio App. The Merlin Physio App offers this website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
The services provided through the website/App are not intended in any way to be a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with a Medical Practitioner. The terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ hereafter refer to the user both registered and unregistered who is using/browsing through the website (www.merlinphysio.com) and/or availing any of the services from Merlin Physio App. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the Merlin Physio service if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

You are solely responsible for the medical, health, and personal information like First Name, Last Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number you provide with us. The advice of the physio will depend upon the information you provide. User discretion is advised while submitting/uploading the required personal and clinical information at the specified place. This App is provided to you in consultation with your Medical Practitioner.
User representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
- You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
User registration
You will have to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
